Our bill validation software completes checks on all aspects of an invoice for errors to ensure that all issues are picked up before payment is made.
Our software is able to check:
- Billing Entity and Billing Address
- Account Number
- Net Value
- Total Value
- VAT Value
- Contract Rates
- Sub-total amounts for standing charge, unit rate, kVA charges, late payment charges and all other ancillary charges
- Payment Terms
Once these checks are complete, we provide an invoice approval notification to you to advise that this has passed our checks. If a reading is estimated, we will request a reading from you and submit this to the supplier on your behalf. If anomalies are located, we will make you aware and work with you to resolve accordingly.
